2020 - The Non-Event

We had planned two tours in 2020 - Tasmania in the early part of the year, to be followed by a trip to Central Australia during the winter.

Neither have eventuated owing to the spread of Covid-19. Our own need for safety would have kept us at home but the eventual closure of state borders made any decisions we made little more than a mute point.

Perhaps next year will see us back on the road or perhaps the safest prediction is we'll be staring down the white lines when a vaccine is available.

Until then, there is plenty to look back on and be content with.

    Traveling is a bit of a non-event but I’ve switched to delving into areas closer to home and within the borders of the state and been quite pleased and contented (for now).. but still can’t wait to stretch my legs, so to speak ! You’ve got that lovely Avan to travel safely in .. looks like the perfect snail home! Isabelle
