Day off today as a result of our glass-bottomed boat tour being cancelled. 
Waub’s Bay
A little annoying. I understand why - bad weather - but I would have thought the owner could have done more than just put a credit back on our Mastercard. No phone call. No email.
Both of us enjoyed not having to be out and about after five weeks on the road.
Rained off and on so it worked out well.
Late this afternoon, we went for another rambling walk and spotted a Short Tailed Shearwater (Mutton Bird) resting on the big rock ledge down by Waub’s Bay. Very excited to use a new app on my phone - Smart Bird ID - which allows you to either take a photo of a bird or record its song and the app identifies it. Very cool. Sue has now installed the app as well. We are a long way from being Twitchers or Birdos but we have a keen interest and like to know what we are looking at.
Raining again as I type, just as dinner is arriving on the table.
Coles Bay/Freycinet NP tomorrow and one of the big ticket items the following day: a day cruising on Wineglass Bay.
